Great first impression! I've never used Bob's storage before and was greatly impressed with Julia, the manager there, from the moment I first spoke with her over the phone. She gave me great customer service and was super friendly and gracious with us. It made me feel comfortable to give them a try for a season. The facility looks safe and it's very clean. Prices not bad either for the facility and the rental of the truck was free with rental of storage. That was great!
This move-in process was easy and the staff extremely knowledgeable and friendly

I rented a unit about a month ago and had a wonderful experience.I was a little hesitant at first because I never done this before.But when I got there I was pleasantly surprised...Julia was so kind and helpful.She explained everything to me and made me feel at ease.I have recommended Uncle Bob and Julia to family and friends.Thank you for helping me a crazy time in my life and making my move a little easier!
