Friendly, helpful, & honest! Unlike other storage units I have dealt with, they did not try to change the price on me upon arrival or try to get me to “lock it in” earlier than the reservation date I requested.
Average The security gate is inconsistent
4 Stars Overall, the facility met my expectation; very clean. Maxine was great! Very helpful. All positive as my review relates to her. My only issue is the hired help that sat at the desk with no personality, interpersonal or people skills. He lacked professionalism...pants hanging down with his butt cheeks showing. Screen the hired help better and make sure they have customer service skills. I would not have hired him.
Could do better. Their directory line they have is annoying and they kept hanging up. Also they can't adjust their pay set up. It was just annoying. Luckily Maxine was a sweetheart she made things much easier.
