I rented a storage unit from here for a few months. I had a great experience. The staff was very friendly and answered all of my questions. Jasmine is great to work with as well! I had an outdoor unit at a great price compared to other storage units in the area and it was easy to get to. Starting and ending my lease was a simple and pain-free process. I would definitely rent another storage from Life Storage in Flower Mound in the future. Thank you!
The staff were outstanding and very friendly when I visited the location! I was hesitant at first due to other locations being very unorganized and not having the much variety but I’m glad I chose this storage facility to rent out! The whole facility was incredibly clean, on top of having so much space to maneuver all my stuff to the unit. Easily one of the best experiences I’ve ever had when it comes to storage facilities! Definitely recommending this location to friends !
Just finished renting a unit from life storage and had a great experience. Our agent, jasmine, was extremely thorough in explaining how the process works. She also provided a tour of the units so we could get a feel for the space. Excellent climate control inside the units with no “musty” odor. All common areas extremely clean and well kept.
