This was a generally great experience from the first time I spoke to them on the phone to when we closed out our space. The orchid-loving staff-person at the front desk was both professional and kind, a rare joy of a combination. The space itself was clean and well-lit, with 24/7 access to the facility, good carts of different types, and huge loading doors. Ashley and Alicia made the introduction to Life Storage so easy. The locker we rented is spotless, as was the rest of the facility. We feel very safe there!
