ASHLEY was above and beyond uniquely engaging as if we knew each other for years! She did professional work for both the company and the client. The best customer service I have been a part of, all people should emulate her style easy going person making on feel comfortable through the moving process which is a tense process 24/7. First off, customer service/interaction with Ashley at the front desk was 5-stars. Helpful, patient, responsive... couldn't ask for better. The jump in monthly rent after a couple of months however is what keeps this from being 5-star overall. If they can lock in a reasonable rate for a longer period of time that would be super.

I had a fantastic experience at Prime Storage, all thanks to Ashley. From the very beginning, she was incredibly helpful and thorough, making sure I fully understood the terms of my rental. She even took the time to give me a tour of the unit to ensure it was the perfect size for my needs. Ashley is kind, professional, and made both the move-in and move-out process seamless.

After 2 and a half years renting a unit from Prime Storage, I recently was able to downsize into a smaller unit at considerable monthly savings. The flexibility of different size options is a factor that I discovered is often unavailable at other storage companies. The process was very smooth and efficient. From my first signing up for a storage space I felt I was well informed about the options I had and how the storage rental works and that the manager Ashley was working to get me the best rate possible. A few days later, I forgot to close my storage unit door and lock it and I was notified of that by the same manager. She let me know that she had closed the door for me.
