Ashley was super friendly and followed up with a phone call after I inquired about units online. She was very informative about the units, policies, and ran me through everything I needed to know. I was even able to secure my unit for 4 months for the price of 2! Grounds were very clean, units were very clearly marked and easy to find.

This place is great. Super clean, easy to navigate and Ashley and Richard were both incredibly helpful and very easy to work with. I have had to call a few times to arrange pod drop offs and each time Ashley was very accommodating and helpful. Given the stresses involved in coordinating moves and storage Ashely made this process the easiest part of it all- thank you for that!

Ashley was incredibly helpful, thorough, and made the process of renting our storage unit stress free! The facility is great but what really makes me want to recommend this place was Ashley’s customer service! 10/10

I recently moved back home to Massachusetts but was in need of storage for my stuff until I obtained a place. Prime Storage has been so wonderful! This has been such a great experience. I had to move to a larger unit and they still allowed the discount. Rents were just increased but due to not starting new employment until next week; the manage Ashley was able to find another discount I was eligible for. I highly recommend this place in Gloucester MA. All staff have been incredible….especially Ashley! She rocks!!!!

Excellent experience with Prime Storage. I found excellent management of this facility in a convenient location. The spaces are nicely maintained and easy to access anytime of day. The site manager was particularly helpful and very professional. She responded to phone calls and inquiries very quickly and sent out reminders that helped avoid extra charges.
