Ashley helped us decide which size unit would fit best and she was right. Our things fit perfectly. We arrived at 1:30 she explained the process, the security, how to access the room and some friendly advice with good conversation. We were out the door by 1:40 all set to load our things into the unit. This quick and easy experience made my long moving day much easier.

Prime Storage is great in the Gloucester area, maintained and clean units. Reserving and getting into the storage unit was a breeze with the help of Ashley! Went above and beyond to make sure our needs were met! Customer service was impeccable!

This place is great. Super clean, easy to navigate and Ashley and Richard were both incredibly helpful and very easy to work with. I have had to call a few times to arrange pod drop offs and each time Ashley was very accommodating and helpful. Given the stresses involved in coordinating moves and storage Ashely made this process the easiest part of it all- thank you for that!

Ashley was incredibly helpful, thorough, and made the process of renting our storage unit stress free! The facility is great but what really makes me want to recommend this place was Ashley’s customer service! 10/10

Great facility, looking very new and thoroughly clean. Manager Ashley is delightful and really efficient and she went out of her way to show me around and help me move in. Access is so easy, with your own password and at wide- ranging hours (they close for just a couple of hours, late-night). This has been a god-send for me, so thanks big-time to you, Ashley. Whole-heartedly recommended!
