My experience was wonderful. I had the pleasure of meeting Dawn Thomas, she was very educational with prices and size. She knew a lot of answers to my storage leasing and saidnifninmeed further answers don't hesitate to call her. I'm thankful.

Horrible rates, we started at 140 then in June up to 220 now 6 months later over 300. When you sign up it will say month to month but I feel as a consumer that is such a scam way to use "Current Market rate" jargon as a way to rip off people. Find a place that does at least yearly locked in rates, Extra Space increases every 6 months so January and June. They just say its Market Rates LOL. My storage unit has been broken into 3 times !!!!!!! Do not rent from this facility ! Also they give you an introductory rate without telling you and a few short months after you've move in they raise the rates !
