The place looks very clean. Victor was very helpful in helping me pick out the right unit for my needs, he even showed me 3 different units so I could decide. I really appreciate that. Victor was also very knowledgeable about the Storage Rental, he's very nice and respectful.
Thank you Netty for helping me with my rental. You were very detailed and nice. Even though I started at one of your other rental places where I received great help. They gave me great info and because you had the size I needed I ended choosing this location. But was important was that you were an actual person that was available as opposed to other places I went to they had no one there to talk to. Thank you.
Victor was really helpful and kind. He assisted me with moving into a smaller unit and gave me all the information that I asked for. Pricing, insurance, move in dates, and even explained about credits I will receive because I transfered units. Super simple and straight to the point. Super knowledgeable. This is how it should be. Very pleased and recommend to ask for Victor when you come in.
Victor was very patient and kind. Even though I initially didn’t want a storage in the second floor, I still felt very confident in signing for it because of how transparent and helpful Victor was. Amazing customer service.
Victor the property manager was awesome! He helped out in a tight situation concerning my unit and stayed after his shift ended to assist. Amazing customer service! Thank you again!
