This experience was so much better than I could have anticipated and that is because of Robert. He could not have been kinder or more helpful. It's rare these days to find someone who really cares about you as a customer and he was amazing! I feel so good about my rental. Everything went smoothly and easily and I was in the same day. The units are clean and safe and even the grounds are impeccably clean. Thanks Robert for helping me and going above and beyond to make this experience wonderful.

His knowledge and Courtesy left a smile on my face. it is truly a Blessing to speak to someone nowadays who is so Polite and Courteous. it was truly a pleasure, and i like to give credit when credit is due.
As an existing customer, I needed a larger storage unit. Robert made the transaction incredibly smooth - he provided all the information I required and found me a larger unit just steps away from my current one. Robert and Extra Space Storage went above and beyond, and I'm very grateful for their excellent!
Today I went to see about a rental at your storage facility. Very impressed how clean and well kept the building was. I initially started out with Life Storage and increased the size of my unit and did a SAME day move out to not pay a fee for an extra lock (6/19/2024). I have a 10x20 for $117. I haven't even been paying the storage rent for 3 months without ANOTHER $80 increase ($196 total). The sad thing about this I wouldn't have known about the increase until the MONTH of it being due because I DIDN'T RECEIVE AN EMAIL OR NOTIFICATION OF THE INCREASE HAPPENING.
