A big shout out to Mrs. Elizabeth!!! My experience with Life Storage customer service was wonderful. Mrs. Elizabeth is Godsend. She has always been so helpful and patient from the day I rented a unit. Communication was great. Unfortunately, the rates went extremely high so I had to move. Overall, Mrs. Elizabeth and her team are amazing.

Elizabeth is the best! She truly tries to help you so that your unit does not get auctioned off. She really cares about the renters! Absolutely amazing! She is the only reason I will keep renting from this place!
Elizabeth simultaneously was taking a call and helping me at the same time. She was so very courteous to the phone caller when she asked them, if they could call back so that she could attend to me. Of which she did promptly and competently. She assured the phone caller that she would return their call with all the information that they had requested. She is truly a one women show.
I began storing here when is was uncle bobs and had a decent rate, it was convenient to my office. After it was purchased by Life Storage the frequent rate increases caused me to cancel the facility. It was clean, well managed and the personnel were always courteous and helpful if needed, but the current rates are not reasonable.
