Denise did a fantastic job when w went looking for a space to rent. She promptly ended a call to look after an in person customer, took the time to walk us around the property, show us a unit, explain the issues some have experienced with the elevators, parking, etc... She was extremely thorough and answered all questions we had. If you are looking for a storage unit, I highly recommend speaking to Denise at Extra Space in Kyle!
Denise and the others in the office are really nice and helpful. The space is clean, easy to access and feels really secure. only thing I would note is the price seems to go up pretty significantly quite often.
Denise, thank you so much for your outstanding customer service and for taking care of me! I have two units with Life Storage, thankfully they have climate controlled units and security. Ability to have 24 hour access was a huge plus and just off I-35. Additionally, prices are better than other storage facilities.

I’ve rented multiple units (climate control & outside) and they’ve all been clean. Onsite managers are professional and helpful. I’ll use them again if I have storage needs in the future.
