This place deserves negative zero stars. We began renting our unit April 2023-September 2023. Elevator never works, the doors to get inside only ever have one side working, and the A/C is almost always out. Well the stupid A/C leaked in my unit. My furniture, TV, plus some miscellaneous were all ruined and covered in mold. They haven’t even notified the people around me to check their units for mold. I’m so upset. Needed a storage unit for my daughter during summer months. Kyle location has a well run system. I was able to do everything with phone call and online. Only issue was elevator or door but Tim the manager was FANTASTIC with customer service. Will definitely use again and have recommended to many to use!
Life Storage was surprisingly very easy to work with in my first experience in renting a unit. Tim was extremely professional and helpful. The location is ideal for my situation. It was nice to buy the lock on site and not need to go to a hardware store.
Nice clean facility in Kyle, Texas. Easy to rent a unit online and had immediate access to it. Staff member made it simple to transfer to a bigger unit, because I had more stuff than I thought and couldn't get it all in the smaller one.
Super friendly staff and a great secure location. This location is very clean, easy to maneuver through and the outside speakers playing music is a good touch to moving day. Highly recommend
