This place is great. About a year with them annd never had anny issues. Always clean and friendly staff. Shoutout to Mick and the rest of the team for being helpful and maintaining a great property.

Shay was FULL of aloha . She helped me yesterday and today . She went above and beyond with helping me switch unit to her helping me find a mover . She was just the best at making sure I left without a worry ! See you again Shay !

They are very sweet and nice and get you to write a 5 star review after your first visit. However, the rates go up and up each month. Within 4 months I have had a 75 dollar a month increase and when you call to speak to someone no one is available to talk to. And no one available in office. The door to get into my unit has also been broken the last 3 months and not repaired. I was at my previous storage facility for over 10 years and it was privately owned. I can’t begin to thank Mick enough for stopping me on the property to ask if everything was okay. He saved me so much time and money just by checking in and asking if I needed anything. He truly restored my faith in customer service.

Mic was incredibly helpful and kind, walked us to our unit made sure we knew exactly where to go, where to find carts, and just above and beyond customer service!!! Highly recommend, super clean facility!
