This place is great. About a year with them annd never had anny issues. Always clean and friendly staff. Shoutout to Mick and the rest of the team for being helpful and maintaining a great property.
I am very disappointed with this storage facility. I signed up and ended up canceling just 4 days later, but they refused to return my money. This is extremely upsetting and feels very unprofessional. As a customer, I expected honesty and fairness, but instead I feel taken advantage of. Good businesses value their customers and provide fair solutions—this place clearly does not. I would not recommend anyone trust them with their money or belongings. Be careful before signing anything with them
It’s actually ridiculous. Their operational hours are listed as 6am -9pm. I came here on Tuesday at 6:30 and the gates were not opening due to access. And I came back on Wednesday morning at 8:45AM and the gates were still not opening. I called the public storage hotline and they stated that they were open from 9:30Am - 6pm. So why is the business listed as open from 6am-9pm. Wasting my damn time.
Wow! Super Easy, and EXCELLENT customer service. Mic throughly explained all the details, and walked us to our unit. Highly recommended! The facility is clean, quiet, and feels super safe!
Thank you so much to Amy for showing me around multiple units even though I didn’t have an appointment! She had a great attitude and seemed happy to be there.
