This place is great. About a year with them annd never had anny issues. Always clean and friendly staff. Shoutout to Mick and the rest of the team for being helpful and maintaining a great property.

I can’t begin to thank Mick enough for stopping me on the property to ask if everything was okay. He saved me so much time and money just by checking in and asking if I needed anything. He truly restored my faith in customer service.

Absolutely perfect experience. Mellary was a big help. Very professional. Quick, easy to understand and listens well. She was very helpful in getting us the right size units, drive up accessible. Very intelligent and a real problem silver. Thank you very much for all your help, and understanding.

NEVER NEVER NEVER rent a storage space from this location. If there were negative stars that is exactly what they deserve. If you expect any kind of customer service experience this is not the place for you. Their billing practices were deceptive and felt fraudulent to me. They get you by giving you “discounted” rate in the beginning only to continually raise it every couple of months until you are paying almost 3 times the amount you signed up for. Just received great customer service from Mick, who was able to assist me in literally a matter of a minute regarding billing and contracting. It was a breath of fresh air to finally receive some good customer service from a company with no strings attached.
