Just rented a unit from Tristan today! Had a few interactions and a lot of questions prior to finally renting. He answered everything clearly, was very friendly and prompt with all communication, and showed me around to multiple units to make sure I got the size I needed. Good lighting, clean and well maintained location. Doesn’t feel sketchy like a few other companies I browsed 🫨 Thank you!!
The good: The staff is friendly, professional and courteous. The units and grounds are well mantained. Great pricing…INITIALLY The bad: Yikes, more than half of the property is surrounded by temporary chain link fencing. The fencing is secured with sand bags. The fencing is fronted by an empty lot of weeds. Far too expensive to have such shoddy “security” fencing. No dumpster for customers and only one working exit gate. I ran into problems taking care of the rental online due to security measures on my credit card. I went to the location office and Tristian did an amazing job of finding me a better deal than I would have gotten online AND he could not have been more professional and efficient in taking care of the situation! GREAT experience.
I rarely write reviews, but this is a must today for this company. I worked with Tristan. I’ve had nothing but professionalism. They’ve always worked with me. I remember when I lost my key. They gave me no issues to cut it off lol. I’ve never been big on putting things in storage, but this has been a very positive experience. Definitely a great company.
I got my storage unit about a year and a half ago. I had a good rate. They tried to double it a few months after I was there. I was able to get them to adjust it so it was only $40 a month more. Here we are again with a rate increase. I received no notification about the increase. I checked my bank account and saw it was $50 more a month. I called and have not received a response about the increase without any notifications. I was told they send them by mail. Today I received a survey to rate their company.
