Fantastic storage facility. On less than an hour's notice, I was able to book a climate-controlled unit online, sign the lease, and get the keys for an emergency move. Tristan (the manager) is also incredibly helpful. He told me everything I needed to know, and keeps the facility in great shape. He was a pleasure to deal with and made the process seamless, even when I had to correct a typo with my personal information I'd made. I would recommend this storage facility on customer service alone. When I got to the office Tristan, the guy in the office, was with another customer put still took the time to acknowledge me and let me know there was an issue and it might be a minute. He was very polite about it to both the person he was helping and myself. He handle the situation in a fast and effective manner but made sure the other persons needs were fully met before turning to me. I’ve had a unit at Extra Space (previously Life Storage) for about a year now. The staff and management have ALL been very awesome! I most recently spoke with the manager Tristan, which is no doubt an irreplaceable asset to the companies success! He is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful! I’m at the end of my need for a storage unit as I have rented a warehouse that I’ll be able to store my extra things in, but I would not hesitate to rent a unit at this location again! Thank you Extra Space and see ya next time!
Worst experience ever. Unit went up $80 with no notice after initial 6 month lease. Tristen said the rate hike is “automated” and there’s nothing he can do about it. Settled on a $30 per month increase but he can’t guarantee how long it will be until they raise the rate again. Is this a smart way to run a business? In my opinion…NO!!! Can’t wait to get out of this place!!
Tristan was such a great help! He made the process very easy. He was so knowledgeable and personable. Definitely as asset to the company.
