Great experience with customer service with Danielle. No issues with my unit. Convenient location, occasional run in with homeless people outside but they don’t bother anyone. Overall great experience.
Bought a unit here that was up for auction. Took me 10 minutes to clean it out. Went in to get my $100 deposit back and my drivers license they took for using a cart and the lady was gone. She got in her car and left while I was loading. Now I’ve been standing here 45 minutes out front of the building still waiting on this lady who isn’t answering the phones and no idea when she will return.
