I ordered online, and I received a code immediately, big problem, I went yo add boxes and access was denied to the building, Noone has reached out to me, then I get this text to rate them. I hope I get to male a better review later. As for now this is a waste of money, rented a truck and have to keep it longer. The hidden fees to rent the unit and the expense lock that I was forced to buy online when I have my own.
The atmosphere of Life Storage was very welcoming! CJ helped me with all my needs! He understood what I needed and worked to get me the best options that work for me. 10/10 great customer service! I would definitely recommend this place to friends/family!

I enjoyed my time at my storage over the years. The store manager, CJ, and assistant store manager, Sonequa, are remarkable professors who are helpful if you have any questions or concerns. The location is clean and organized and has climate control. I would recommend this location to anyone.
Sonequa was beyond helpful and funny. I had a few hours to move my stuff into my unit and she helped in every way possible to make the process seemless. Not to mention purchasing the unit with her was a breeze!! I know my things are in great hands here!
