Kenesha has been an incredible addition as the new property manager at Mini Mall Storage. She is thorough, responsive, professional, and genuinely cares about both the facility and its customers. I had a great experience at this storage facility thanks to Tasha and John. They were both professional, friendly, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Tasha and John took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable and taken care of. Their customer service truly made a difference, and I highly recommend working with Tasha and John if you’re looking for a smooth and stress-free storage experience.

I love this place ..Ima truck driver I’m barely home..but I can rest assure you; I feel confident and secure about my personal items safety stored at mini mall..the staff is very professional and charismatic; the facility is always clean from the exterior to interior..This manager lady has this storage facility around for the better ..I swear!!!!!
