Tasha is amazing from the time I called to inquiry about the company and storage, she answered every question with ease and knowledge. When I came to the facility I witnessed her speak with other customers in person and via phone, she was very professional and knowledgeable. She multi-task with ease and with a smile, she never showed distress or frustration when she was handling business with multiple customers. Mini Mall Storage is lucky to have her as a representative. Great customer service.

I couldn't be more grateful for the ladies at this location. Tasha & Lina are truly amazing and extremely helpful. In a last minute bind they were able to accommodate and meet my needs at a fair reasonable quote. The property is well kept and very clean. I love how the storage facility has secure access upon entry and floors. Honestly I couldn't have asked for a better storage facility
