Kenesha is a very intelligent young lady. She loves to help her customers and she never gets too busy to stop and help. She always has a good personality. She goes above and beyond. She’s very intelligent. She’s sweet. She’s kind and she loves her customers. I’m giving her a five stars thank you for all that you do at Mini Mall.

I love this place ..Ima truck driver I’m barely home..but I can rest assure you; I feel confident and secure about my personal items safety stored at mini mall..the staff is very professional and charismatic; the facility is always clean from the exterior to interior..This manager lady has this storage facility around for the better ..I swear!!!!! Great job i really appreciate mini mall..
I had an issue with what I had been told about billing and I called the office and spoke to the nicest gentleman named Joe Ested. He listened to my complaint and did not brush me off. He spoke to management and made sure I was taken care of. Joe restored my faith in good customer service. He made sure I had great customer experience!
Kenesha is amazing!! She is so patient and kind! She took her time with me and didn't just treat like another customer. I'm grateful for people like this.
