WOW I’ve been to many storage units in my life and often find them to be a miss managed mess, the Matawan Life storage by far has the cleanest main office I’ve seen. It’s easy to see that management at this location cares a lot about the customers experience. In addition the employee at the desk (I believe her name was Nicole) was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable about your units. 10/10 will recommend to my neighbors.
The staff at Life Storage (Matawan) are terrific. They patiently answer all your questions in a kind and professional manner and are very accommodating. The grounds and storage units are clean and free of any unwanted debris. They maintain close surveillance of the facility and are a pleasure to do business with. Thank you, Life Storage!
I love this location and the people who work here! Reggie and his manager helped me out a lot with my storage and any billing questions I have, they always go above and beyond to make sure that I am well taken care of! Definitely would recommend to those looking for a storage, you can definitely trust that you and your personal belongings will be safe and take care of!
Easy website but even better was the friendly extremely quick response from Manager Nicole Stoeber. I went in with the objective of canceling and moving my storage to a different facility to save money. Thanks to Nicole’s excellent customer service, we found a comparable unit at almost the same cost savings - I cannot thank her enough! While the savings was my objective, excellent customer service is what builds brand loyalty and Nicole achieved that today! TEN STARS! 🌟
This space is so clean, well maintained and organized. I feel safe walking in, and everything (elevator and carts) is exactly where you’d want it to be. Reggie, the store manager, is incredibly friendly and helpful, and we really appreciated his support when moving in!
