The representative that helped me was so prefect for customer service. She was very professional and personable. She really brightens up my day. I was feeling so low when I called and she really turned it around for me! Loved it!

I had been with extra space storage since it was named stadium storage for aprxim4 or 5 years. I've never had a bad experience even when my payments were late. But today I an exceptional experience with a customer servuce person by the name of Mia on 42nd and Burnham location. She was very helpfu and very professional. I was 7 days late on my storage because of financial hardships. She helped me out and removed my late fee which helped an extreme lot. She's amazing! Thank you Mia
