Amazing Customer Service I have been looking for a climate and humidity controlled storage unit in the Monroe area and stopped by Uncle Bob's in Monroe. Although they did not offer humidity control, (they d offer climate control), manager Rose went above and beyond the call of duty to help me find a facility to meet my needs. She called several competitors and found me storage - she's the best! THAT'S what customer service looks like!
