Donald answered my call. He was amazing and there was a great offer. He really was so pleasant. Then I was greeted by Anna who had so patience with me due to my stress level. She literally walked me to my unit which was right behind the office like she said. This morning I came in and lo and behold she was wiping down all the unit fronts. I love this place and would recommend it to anyone I know looking for storage.

Life storage was a life saver! Didn’t love our first experience with another storage company and this company and location was fantastic!!! The online customer service was great and helpful as well as Katina, the woman who manages this location. Katina went above and beyond. She was attentive and always greeted us with a friendly face to make sure we were good and had everything we needed. Will definitely use this storage location in the future!
I had an issue needing to her into my unit and Chrissy went above and beyond to make it happen. Her and Dover saved the day
