Very pleasant experience. Friendly, helpful staff yet very professional. Facility is not new but is clean and well maintained. Security appears to be adequate. The only small issue is that the web site is a little deceptive as to the actual total price to be paid. It may be stated in the small print a couple menus deep, but there is required insurance added to the monthly charge, and the price quoted online doesn't prominently mention it is a 3 month promotional rate. Great experience at life storage unit! The staff member was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to assist me with my storage needs. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire process smooth and easy. I highly recommend their services!
Caitlin, the manager, was super personable and took the time to show us around and what our options were. After a long drive she made a somewhat stressful move that much easier with positivity and much information about the area we need to move to. Painless transaction, really how a business should be run.
This place was amazing. I never felt like my items in storage were on any kind of danger. I felt like the security they provided was excellent and enough to not worry. The staff has always been friendly and courteous. When they replaced all the doors, they made sure our stuff was always safe. If I need to store again I would go here first. I only moved out because we got a house.
