This 5 ★ review is all because of David, the manager. The staff is great too, but it is evident it starts at the top. The carts could use some work, but other than that I have never had any issues with the facility. It is always clean and accessible. I would also like to thank you David, for your service to our great nation!
David was very helpful in arranging for us to move into a different unit. He was informative and made sure that we understood the new contract. We will definitely recommend David at Life Storage for any storage needs you have.
My wife called the University location and spoke with David on the phone and he provided the information she required quickly and politely. She was pleasantly surprised by his professionalism, so much so that she and I popped in this past Saturday to see the storage unit. Once we meet David in person, his professionalism continued.
