The initial set up was a really great experience. They made sure I got a great deal. The on-site help was amazing as well. Was having issues figuring out the lock and the on-site manager came and helped me right away. I only needed the space temporarily. They also were amazing at making sure it was closed out for me since I’m out of state now. Great experience thank you very much!
I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Extra Space Storage! From the moment I inquired about a unit, the staff (Mr. Viondi) was extremely helpful and provided great assistance, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. The quality of the storage unit itself was great—clean, well-maintained, and perfectly sized. More importantly, the facility is clearly a clean and safe environment. I felt completely comfortable leaving my belongings there, knowing the security measures are excellent. Highly recommend!
The service was top notch. Viondi Copeland provided excellent client service. He was patient and kind. It was my first visit. He walked me thru the digital access and made sure I was able to gain entry. Thank you Mr, Copeland. You are a huge asset to the organization.
This staff @ this location was VERY VERY ACCOMMODATING. I was having a hard time with a few things& Mr.Copeland was very patient & helpful. He assured me that my things would be safe,had nothing to worry about. He also informed me about a few special offers that could save some money.(we all want to save some$). I know I made the right decision to store some of my prize possession @ the Riverdale location
Viondi was wonderful. Helped me get set up perfectly. Took his time to show me the options, explained everything and made sure that I felt catered for. Got a really goof storage unit. Very stress-free all due to his efforts and assistance. Definitely would recommend!
