The staff were perfectly knowledgeable regarding their policies and procedures. They assisted me quickly and accurately, and offered me all the information I needed to understand my rental terms and storage facility access. It has been great! They even called me when they noticed my storage unit was not locked, so that was a kind gesture.
Excellent storage unit. Life Storage had the right size unit, very reasonable price, easy payment system, staff was very friendly and helpful. The space was clean, secure with good lighting, and well maintained. Highly recommend Life Storage.
Horrible company and management. I've bought 100s of storage units and never any problems until Jess at life storage decided to call storage treasures where I bid on units. She called them about me and my account got banned because she lied to them and said I didn't pay the cleaning deposit. I did and have receipt of it. She even told a supervisor it was paid. Awesome place to have a storage unit. It’s safe and secure and has great access hours. The front desk girls are super nice and so helpful! We bought a unit off auction and it was the best experience we’d had yet! We decided to rent a unit there of our own based on the staff being amazing and the hours of access available. Very happy with Everything there for sure and would recommend it to anyone in need of storage!
