ima be honest can't remember the guys name(I've got pretty bad memory loss) but he was the opener on 11/13/2024. great guy, really nice and down to earth. explained everything clearly. ain't no complaints from me he was really chill as well(i know it sounds like I'm glazing him but I'm just leavin an honest review)

I would strongly advise people to think twice before trusting this business with their belongings. My experience has been extremely disturbing and frustrating. Personal belongings and important documents were missing from my storage unit. On top of that the locks were changed, and when I tried to get the situation resolved, I was refused any reasonable solution or meaningful assistance. The customer service that I received from the gentleman who runs with facility is subpar. I threw away a box in the garbage. He then notified me to pick up my box or I will be fined. I picked up my box and I said it was ridiculous. He then proceeded to tell me "if I don't like it to move out". This is not how you treat customers.
