David is a great and kind manager, but the very low rating is for the company he works for. This storage place will reel you in with a low, teaser rate. Once you have moved all your stuff, a few months later the rate will double. They claim they send letters out but they do not. Rates continue to rise after every 6 months or so. Please read the other negative reviews, you will see that this storage place doubles your rent immediately.
David was absolutely amazing. He made sure i understood everything as this was my first time ever utilizing a storage space. He made it quick and easy. I recommend this location
Giving 5 stars to Trisha she was very helpful in helping me find a unit that was the right size for my needs & helping me locate the unit on the property. This property is glorified garages NOT climate controlled as they’ll tell you on the phone. There’s an AC in the hallway but in Texas that’s doing nothing to help the items you have stored inside the storage unit. It was quick and easy process with David. He explained everything throughly and was very professional in the process. For the quality and the ease of getting a storage even if temporary, the price and security does make it worth it.
The facility is good, the employee was very helpful and very nice, explained very well my questions and looking foward to renting in the near future. Trisha Garcia is so professional and dedicated to her job. I'll sure rent as soon as I'm ready to move. Thank you.
