There has been an incredible improvement since Jorge has taken over the management of this location. I receive my deliveries in a timely manner, the bathrooms are clean and usable again and the front office is extremely helpful. Five star all around-Susan

The person on the main line asked what my budget was and gave me a great rate and a different location but still close enough for me to walk to. Once there I was greeted with love and understanding. My rate drop even more and I signed papers after seeing my unit. The staff Gabby and Rapheal was awesome. I will continue to use their services for a long time.
My rental registration process was effortless. I reserved the unit online and decided to go in person to pay. I met with an agent that was professional, knowledgeable and pleasant. He explained the contract and gave me an overview of the facility. I plan to recommend this facility to others. Thank you Life Storage.
