Victor was extremely nice, well informed, efficient and helpful. He anticipated all our questions before we asked. He was very patient in explaining how to lock the unit, as well as the ins and outs of the insurance program. This is our second time at Life Storage and it is as great as ever. We still appreciate being able to drive directly through the garage doors to the inside of the building.
I've been using lifestorage for over a year. When you reside in different countries and keep things in storage, on occasion you my need to trust someone else with you lock code or key and your access code to enter your storage unit. As much as we trust a person, we really don't know what anyone will or will not do. But, with the way your facilities are designed and the individual assigned access code and cameras, I've never felt so safe and secure with the knowledge that I can request an access report which timestamps entry... read more

If it wasn’t for Victor I would have found a different storage company. I had been calling several Life Storage locations and none of them had everything we need for our business. Victor answered the phone on my last attempt and was so very helpful! He did a search for me too and found a storage that checked all the boxes! He got back to me immediately.
