We recommend Just Storage in Southgate. Teresa and Gary were friendly and went out of their way to make the process smooth from start to finish. Any time we had a question or needed help, they were quick to respond and always so kind. The facility itself was clean, secure, and easy to access. Highly recommend if you're looking for stress-free storage with great customer service!
Friendly service, however I have had my Unit for one yr and they have raised the rates twice. In October 2024, and again in August. I understand costs are going up but let's be real here. Raising it up 15 per person over a 10 month period on how many units ? This is a large facility so they have more than covered any additional rising costs they have.
We had a great experience with Just Storage in Southgate! Teresa and Gary were both incredibly helpful and friendly throughout the entire process. The facility was clean, well-kept, and easy to access. Highly recommend for anyone looking for convenient, reliable storage with top-notch service!
Teresa was excellent. Wonderful to work with. Made me getting my storage unit super easy. Made sure to walk me to my unit so I knew where it was, helped with everything I needed. Would recommend 100%!!
