Terrible service and terrible storage unit. Unknowingly rate increases , also paid for climate controlled unit and all of our belongings were covered in mildew upon picking up. No responsibility was taken by staff or customer service
I’ve been with this storage facility since it was CubeSmart, and I can honestly say the service has always been amazing. Theresa is truly the best she’s always so helpful, kind, and quick to assist with anything I need. You can tell she really cares about the customers. The whole team is great people, and I’ve always felt my things were safe and well-taken care of. Highly recommend!
When I came there I stayed in a car . Was a nice deal. They looked out for me in spite of personal scams of my bank . It's been 2 n half years since. We in 2026 now. I pray they keep going . Nice landlords. Nice facility. It's greeeaaattt. I'm Harold
Don't get a unit on the second floor unless you want to be walking your stuff up stairs. Their elevator is always broken and my monthly rate went up $6.00 anyway after about three months. They could have offered me a unit on the first floor for the same price or kept my monthly rate from increasing. I wasn't offered any kind of compensation for the inconvenience other than "I'm Sorry". I'm rating them two stars because the climate control unit is clean. Looking for another place asap.
Staff is friendly and genuinely trying to help. The elevator is currently not working and my billing rate was incorrect, but they are actively working to fix the issues and accommodate customers. Good intentions, just some ongoing problems.
