I recently had a little discovery when I went through my storage unit, not only was Charles super helpful with getting it taken care of and addressed immediately he is always pleasant and helpful anytime I have visited the facility to pay for my unit. I do not like that I have to have my items in storage, but sometimes it necessary. Working with someone as pleasant as Charles makes doing business with Life Storage more enjoyable! The Stanley location have by far the best customer service that I have experienced, they were able to work with me on finding what I needed and accommodate to the closest dates, the store manager is very knowledgeable professional and friendly, he made me feel that I had made the right choice. Charles was very helpful when I had a question about my storage space that I had been renting for a while now. I had been concerned about the changeover in owners, but I have been very pleased with the help I've been given any time I've had a question about a bill or my space. This location is very affordable for what I need as a storage option.
