We had a smooth move in and move out experience. The people on the office are so friendly and helpful. It was so easy being able to drive right up to our space and knowing there code to get in the gate made it safe. Definitely will use again!!
I highly recommend anyone who wish to take up a storage space in the State College area to take a look at Extra Space @ Science Park Road. Its location is very convenient. It is gated and secure. The facility is spacious you can drive up and reach your unit. The units are clean, spacious and reasonably priced. I talked with Tracy, the lady in the front office. I have had a great experience booking with Tracey. She’s amazing at her job and has helped me find a unit a month before I move out in the summer!! Even though it’s the end of June and there’s barely any units left, especially with decent prices, I was able to find something at Extra Space Storage Unit, and it finally took some pressure off. I have received a tour of the different units to make sure it is properly sized for me and my roommates, and amazing customer service, and prices here.
The staff at Extra Storage were super helpful with assisting us with getting a storage unit and getting it at a reasonable price. They also were very responsive when we had questions. The Extra Storage units are clean as well.
An excellent storage company! We had the best experience. The location is perfect and the team outstanding. Tracie is the absolute best! If you are in the State College area and need a storage unit, see them!
