I highly recommend anyone who wish to take up a storage space in the State College area to take a look at Extra Space @ Science Park Road. Its location is very convenient. It is gated and secure. The facility is spacious you can drive up and reach your unit. The units are clean, spacious and reasonably priced. I talked with Tracy, the lady in the front office. I have had a great experience booking with Tracey. She’s amazing at her job and has helped me find a unit a month before I move out in the summer!! Even though it’s the end of June and there’s barely any units left, especially with decent prices, I was able to find something at Extra Space Storage Unit, and it finally took some pressure off. I have received a tour of the different units to make sure it is properly sized for me and my roommates, and amazing customer service, and prices here.
Extra Space Storage in State College, PA is truly a 5 star facility. The building and grounds are excellence but most importantly, the staff there are outstanding. They are always friendly, positive and extremely helpful. I highly recommend them!
[a long overdue review]. We used the service for a year. 5/5 stars for exceptional customer service. Clean and well maintained facility. The management team is super helpful. The process was smooth and fast, so by the time we were ready to move, we didnt have to worry about anything. Definitely coming back in the future if needed!
Did everything on line. It was easy to follow. Didn't have to get out of the car to enter or exit lot. Storage unit was clean, lock was left. Good experience for me who never rented a storage unit before.
