What a nice girl Candice is. So glad I switched to this storage unit. Was nervous second floor wouldn’t be convenient but super easy with elevator being right by loading area!!! So great! Thank you Candice! ❤️
Candice provides excellent service. I’ve had a great experience with Prime Storage. The facility is clean, secure, and well maintained, and the entire process has been easy and convenient. The staff is always friendly, professional, and helpful whenever I need assistance. It gives me peace of mind knowing my belongings are in a safe place.
I was looking for other storage options in the area seeking a lower price, but when I came to Prime Storage and was assisted by Steve I completely changed my mind. The service is very good, he is very nice and attentive, and the storage is very clean and new. I loved it really recommend 🌻
Candice and the staff were great to work with. I came in looking to check out the smallest unit. The process was smooth and I was able to find what I needed. Candice was very accommodating and personable.
I rent a few units from Prime Westlake Steve has been very helpful with my storages and online account issues. Steve was easy to reach and was available to help me with my units and my move in process.
