From the first point of contact on the phone, Michael was very helpful and informative. When I came in person to finalize everything, Sonya was also very helpful and informative, not to mention friendly! Very pleasant experience from start to finish. The storage units are nice and the facility is clean.
Michael and Sonya are great! Micheal had a smile on his face and greeted me warmly when I walked in the office. He gave me all the information I needed to make renting a unit simple. Keep up the good work!
I had an amazing experience working with Sonya and Michael! They were so accommodating and helpful throughout the entire process. Great experience getting a last minute unit! Michael was very helpful and informative. Sonya was pleasant, they were super accommodating. They also let me use the ladies room- which was extremely clean, which says a lot about the facility. Highly recommend this location and appreciate excellent customer service!
The facility is super clean and the staff is very helpful and kind. I also add that the restrooms are clean compared to many other places. That was a nice touch. My unit was clean everything that I needed. It was already there for me during move-in and I’m very happy with the price compared to other places that I looked at as well.
