Micheal & Tim were the lovely men who helped me to get everything I needed, at a great price too! They took time to physically show me the difference in the unit sizes and were very thorough. Made my storage process efficient and I definitely would recommend this place.
I have stored at several facilities. Until recently, this facility has been nice. I went in the facility in Winston Salem, NC on Jonestown Rd today and there is trash everywhere, it’s cold inside and it just looks rundown overall. This wasn’t an issue with the previous company, who kept the facility immaculate and until today, hasn’t been an issue here. However, for the continual price increase, I expect more from this facility and hope that these issues can be addressed in a timely fashion.
The worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. Michael, should not work with the general public. He is rude, has an attitude and tends to have the type of that runs customers off, clearly, it happened twice and I almost lost my cool
Manager is a total unprofessional jerk, both in person and on the phone. Was rude when asked about hours and availability. In person told me I talked too loudly and that I should leave.
Great customer service! Had all the materials i needed to pack. Very good experience and will recommend to family and friends
