Review of Employee "Michael" - sorry it took so long! Last month I had to ship an odd shaped Item I sold on eBay, and without Michael's help, basically cutting and designing a box from two boxes, I am not sure it would have gone well. Michael was kind, courteous, and thoughtful with his suggestions on the best two boxes to purchase in order to create the correct size to ship the item. Whenever I go into the office at CubeSmart, Michael is the most wonderful customer service person. I’ve probably ever had especially at a storage unit and I’ve had several storage units over my lifetime.
