Sonja and Michale are both so amazing!!! They work with you if you’re late or behind, very informative and patient, and very human experience based people. Love working with them and seeing them both. You aren’t treated like a person not a number
I'm telling you, Michael and Sonya, are the best thing since the wheel was invented!! Better than the invention of sliced bread!! I would highly recommend on renting a storage room from them, you won't regret it! They treat you so good, you'll wanna slap your momma!! Keep up the awesome customer service!!!
I needed it while I was moving out of state. Now that I have completed that, I felt it was time to move the rest of my belongings to my new home that's an hour away. It served its purpose well!! Thank you to the staff at the Cube Smart at the Jonestown Rd. facility in Winston-Salem, NC!!!
I have stored at several facilities. Until recently, this facility has been nice. I went in the facility in Winston Salem, NC on Jonestown Rd today and there is trash everywhere, it’s cold inside and it just looks rundown overall. This wasn’t an issue with the previous company, who kept the facility immaculate and until today, hasn’t been an issue here. However, for the continual price increase, I expect more from this facility and hope that these issues can be addressed in a timely fashion.
Micheal & Tim were the lovely men who helped me to get everything I needed, at a great price too! They took time to physically show me the difference in the unit sizes and were very thorough. Made my storage process efficient and I definitely would recommend this place.
