The rental process was very easy to sign up online and we were able to complete the rental process completely online. There were staff members onsite to show us around and answer questions. Lee showed us how to use our access code, went over the hours and, took us to our storage space to make sure we were able to find it and that everything was in order. I must share that I was very impressed. I was lucky to have my locker just steps away from the elevator — yaay!! When I opened the door, the little package presentation felt so pleasing, and seeing the lock inside made me feel gifted. The fact that the lock package was already cut open so I could access it with ease was very, very thoughtful. The facility was clean, access was easy, and thank you for having the dolly available. Had a wonderful experience while moving out with Lee in the front office that made the whole time using this storage facility incredibly worth it. An Incredibly kind and patient woman who helped me with having some of my leftover appliances picked up by a donation facility as I was no longer in the state to manage that. She was incredibly helpful with handling my unit charges and helping me get things set up. Would definitely recommend!
I stopped in today having never gotten a storage unit and being absolutely clueless about the process. I was immediately helped by Sonya who was so outstandingly knowledgeable and helpful throughout this whole experience. I had a million questions and she answered each and every one of them with full confidence and kindness. Lee is a superb agent in the front office. I could not ask for a better introduction to complete the storage application. I would not rate the facility as 5 stars because of the steep hallways (not flat) in some areas and one of the elevators did not work. This specific location is set up weird and therefore only 3-4 stars, but the service is great!
