I stopped by CubeSmart self storage last week on a rainy day already exhausted from a recent move. I dredded trying to negotiate a smaller/cheaper storage unit in an era when I think customer service is a 20th Century phenomenon. Michael Knight proved to be the consummate customer service expert. This is the best storage place, super clean all the way around. Easy access in and out. Let me say also Micheal and Sonja are very nice to deal with. They work with you on payments and always answer any questions you may have.😊

I have stored many boxes and a few items of furniture in this facility for years, as I've moved back and forth from the West Coast. I highly recommend it. The facility is clean and secure (with passcode entry), and my belongings have been protected from the elements and bugs. My father, who is very particular, used the restroom while he was helping me today and exclaimed that it was "spotless!" Staff are friendly and helpful.(Shout out to Michael and Sonia!)
