I stopped in today having never gotten a storage unit and being absolutely clueless about the process. I was immediately helped by Sonya who was so outstandingly knowledgeable and helpful throughout this whole experience. Review of Employee "Michael" - sorry it took so long! Last month I had to ship an odd shaped Item I sold on eBay, and without Michael's help, basically cutting and designing a box from two boxes, I am not sure it would have gone well. Michael was kind, courteous, and thoughtful with his suggestions on the best two boxes to purchase in order to create the correct size to ship the item. This storage unit place has helped my grandparents moving here. They were a great help to them and to me. Very helpful with information. If you want to have a storage unit with great care this place is for you.
