Sometimes I need extra support which I solicit very cautiously given some doctors seem unnecessarily prescription happy and not all therapists are qualified for complex or trauma laden matters. I’ve been very pleased working with this practice. It took a little while to get in with a trauma therapist but it was worth the wait. I really appreciate working with the PA as well. I love them. They've offered great help and great comfort for me. I've gone through 2 different therapist and 2 different psychiatrist and all 4 of them have been amazing. 2 of them I had since I was a child up until they both retired and gave me 2 new people to work with and made sure I would be in great hands and felt comfortable with them. I would honestly rate their service as a 5/5. They always care about their patients and are always there when they're needed.
Wow, Lifespan never fails to impress me. They are very attentive and always have a staff member available for a phone call, during business hours. I can't recommend them enough. Amazing Team!
The hospital got me set up with them. They set me up with a therapist that was extremely under qualified to help me with my PTSD and trauma. And then I was told they had another therapist that was more qualified to help me working there. And I never got fully set up with them. And then the medication management person I was contacting, I told I was experiencing extreme side effects with my medicine. I followed my psychiatrist here from another practice and I’m so glad I did! Cheryl at the front desk takes such good care of me anytime I need help with refills, scheduling, and even helped address an overcharge on my account! Of course my psychiatrist Amy is also wonderful and someone I’ve been able to trust for years now.
