My therapist is absolutely amazing. He has helped me so much since I started working with him. I enjoy our appointments every week; they make a great end to a busy week. He has gotten me out of a dark place in my life.
Had a great visit but they have poor customer service. I've been waiting on a refund for 4 months now and every time I call I get the same excuse, "we escalated your ticket with urgency." ... Quick to take your money, extremely slow to pay you back.
Dr. NW has gone above and beyond for me. She is extremely caring, thoughtful, patient, and listens to me. I am forever grateful that I found her.
It was perfectly fine, scheduling wasn't an issue and the email and text message reminders are promt.
Booking is great, however needing to confirm my info every time I log in is tedious
