After verifying my insurance was one that they accepted and setting up an appointment and going to that appointment and investing time and energy in this particular therapist, I was then called back and told that my insurance was not accepted. At first glance it’s unclear whether the provider accepts your insurance however their availability , flexibility , and high demand specialties are convenient during intake and the first consult/appointment. Being as specific as possible in the notes on the intake forms helps immensely. Although it’s sometimes a bit daunting to get through LifeStance’s telephone tree, my husband and I have both found terrific therapists there. I’m very happy to have been matched with Anna Little, who has been helping me through various difficulties by her great empathy, intelligence, and wisdom. Kudos!
My therapist is amazing. I have been with him I think almost two years , and he has helped me out so much. He has helped me work through very stressful situations, lately, medical ones. I couldn't ask for a better therapist , honestly.
