My therapist is amazing. I have been with him I think almost two years , and he has helped me out so much. He has helped me work through very stressful situations, lately, medical ones. I couldn't ask for a better therapist , honestly.
I just want to say the booking experience was excellent I also want to say the counselor was very nice I wanna say I enjoy the appointment
My therapist is absolutely amazing. He has helped me so much since I started working with him. I enjoy our appointments every week; they make a great end to a busy week. He has gotten me out of a dark place in my life.
Had a great visit but they have poor customer service. I've been waiting on a refund for 4 months now and every time I call I get the same excuse, "we escalated your ticket with urgency." ... Quick to take your money, extremely slow to pay you back.
It was perfectly fine, scheduling wasn't an issue and the email and text message reminders are promt.
