I trusted KIMBERLY LEARY with my mental health, and what happened was completely unacceptable. After my first appointment, she prescribed me ADHD medication, which I began taking right away. At the second appointment, when I told her the meds weren't helping at all, she doubled the dose on the spot and scheduled my next monthly visit before the appointment even ended. Worse place I’ve ever gotten therapy at. Woke up one day to see they took 200 dollars from my acc. Multiple phone calls and emails later I was told NUMEROUS different things. From how I’d get a refund, then was told it was used as credit towards my copays, back to refunds, to “I don’t see anything” ect ect. 2 years later and never got my 200 back. Never even got an explanation as to what the 200 dollar charge was! Stay away, they WILL steal your money. I shoulda sued

While the clinicians have been good - the entire front office staff is more than difficult. You cannot reach a human. The phone trees are impossible. They make billing mistakes and will not return calls. God forbid ever had an emergency - there is no one to answer the phone. Find a smaller practice if you can - this place is a mess. Update: I reached out to the response from owner within minutes of their post on direct email. 4 days later, still no response. I think that should tell you everything about their level... read more

After previous bad experiences with them I still stuck it out. I was supposed to have an appointment but when I called the day of to confirm I was told the appointment was never internally scheduled. They'd just told me I had the appointment but never actually made it. I was also informed I'd missed an appointment a week prior which I'd never received any correspondence about. I called the office in Jan after my neurologist sent a referral and was told to fill out the intake form online. I did that and didn't hear back for a month, which they left a voicemail. I called the number they left on the voicemail and it was disconnected. Then, I called the number they called from and it was the New York location and they didn't have my information in the system. I was then transferred to the intake department of New York and was told the same thing, upon which I was then transferred to the Indiana intake... read more
