This was my first time speaking to anyone regarding my mental health. Laura made me comfortable and professional. I would highly recommend her services.
My therapist is great . I got a real lucky , she's a good fit . My only issue is the fact that they have me check in online every time before my appointment.
Terrible, no one responds to messages on portal and prescriptions are not called in, cannot locate doctors.
This billing department is a mess. First they billed me incorrectly, and was way over charged. It took weeks to figure out my bill and get it correct. My insurance company then paid my bill, but Life Stance rejected the payment. They continue to send me new bills, and I have gotten a late fee now. I have left numerous voicemails and do not heard back from them till a week after each voicemail. You can never get ahold of them live, and play phone tag.
