Today I had an appointment which is weird, I always schedule my appointments on Wednesday since I worked on Tuesday’s. But, once I got into the appointment it made sense why it would be on a Tuesday, I’m positive they moved this appointment because I had RAN OUT OF MEDICINE, the appointment was moved to cover someone’s butt because they didn’t give me the proper amount for how long they scheduled the appointments apart. I’ve not had good luck finding a psych healthcare provider in the past. But now I’m seeing Lisa Kotula with LifeStance. She’s terrific. I recommend her highly.

My Therapist Sasha Harper is phenomenal, she made me feel so comfortable, I felt relief after leaving the office. Just 1 hour spent with her was just what I needed a weight was lifted. I’m ready to continue my sessions with her. She is very patient and allows you to process your thoughts and emotions.

Had to go in for my yearly in person and the staff was incredibly friendly. I met with Lisa Kotula and she made the visit even better.
