I was really excited to find an office that offered late night therapy. Looked at the psychiatrists, pick my option, go to schedule new patient appointment. I select Monday 3/10 7:30 PM. I get all the way through everything, confirm the appointment (which it has you verify the correct dates multiple times so trust me, I made sure), and receive my confirmation email. I scheduled an appointment for 12/6/24 2 weeks ago, just to have it rescheduled without my consent. I took time off work 2 weeks ahead for this appointment just for the psychiatrist Iyantta Howell to cancel last minute. I was supposed to meet with her on 12/6/24, but today I received a message for my “new” rescheduled appointment date on 12/10/24. In my few years with doing services with life Stance Health this is the worst place ever to seek help from a psychiatrist and therapist. They do not do their jobs in helping their clients I went to serval different therapists as well as psychiatrists and none of them help. The therapist refused to do her job in writing specific notes during sessions of everything talked about they say they can’t help . Dr. Clemm is very friendly and listens very attentively. He really made me feel at ease in regards to our discussions and suggestive ways to move forward.
