Today was my first visit with FAIMMIAH MENYONGAI. She was wonderful to talk to.
Friendly staff and provider, quiet waiting room. Annabel Punsalan was kind and attentive, explained things well. Scheduling my initial appointment online was easy. Portal could use some work, received a couple of emails re: patient forms but nothing populated & my follow up isn’t showing on there either. Location is nice and finding parking was easy. Bathrooms were clean.
Was able to get an appointment right away, very excited to work with my new therapist. Lindsay was warm, welcoming and I felt comfortable immediately. Looking forward to my progress!
Never had a therapy session before and Zoe was warm and welcoming..! It was a nice first session and I’m glad I finally got around to talking to someone. She was great and I’ll be attending more sessions with her soon.
