Friendly staff and provider, quiet waiting room. Annabel Punsalan was kind and attentive, explained things well. Scheduling my initial appointment online was easy. Portal could use some work, received a couple of emails re: patient forms but nothing populated & my follow up isn’t showing on there either. Location is nice and finding parking was easy. Bathrooms were clean.
Was able to get an appointment right away, very excited to work with my new therapist. Lindsay was warm, welcoming and I felt comfortable immediately. Looking forward to my progress!
Never had a therapy session before and Zoe was warm and welcoming..! It was a nice first session and I’m glad I finally got around to talking to someone. She was great and I’ll be attending more sessions with her soon.
LifeStance saved me after moving to a new city. The booking was super easy and quick when I needed it the most, and I’ve loved working with my therapist.
I called to schedule an appointment for someone who needs to see the doctor ASAP, I explained the situation and receptionist told me that they do take new patients and asked me for insurance information. After I provided the information she told me that they are not in network and can not take us. I said we don’t care about insurance, I never mentioned I would want to go through insurance as I knew majority of those clinics does not take insurance at all, it’s self pay.
