Zain is a very kind and caring counselor. He listens he offers advice and he helps tackle the barriers to get to solutions that work best for each person. He does not lump people into one category which many counselors do. I appreciate his honesty his willingness to work with me and hearing my concerns about medications reactions and outcomes. The therapist we had his name is Glenn and he was absolutely amazing. However life stance in general is horrible. There's never any office Personnel in the office and when they are in the office they have absolutely horrible attitudes that are not willing to help at all. I'm sorry that my son will not be receiving help from Glenn anymore, hopefully I can find a therapist like him somewhere else, but I will never use life stance again. They don't care about you they only care about money
Just got off phone with Brianna for an intake appointment! She is so amazing. I'm excited to give this place hope.
Dr. Never showed to 2 appointments in a row first the Dr. Called from personal number to let me know of "technical" issues on her end but could clearly hear the ding of a car door. 2 was nothing oh and I have a charge on my account for missed appointments when I was in the appointment. Billing is a joke spend 2.5 hrs on the phone with 4 different people before finally getting any kind of help and suprise it wasn't from billing.
