I love talking to my doctor Zain from lifestance therapeutic and psychiatrists in Taylor Michigan. They are really great they don't try to push a lot of medication on you they try to help you the best they can. And they don't give up I will never go nowhere else they are working so much with me you need to try these people out they treat you with the most respect. Happy holidays to everyone Melody Casey
I have been going there for years even before Lifestance was there. Love my therapist. I only have issues with their billing. Insurance info i give them is constantly incorrect even after I think its fixed. Not sure if they hire out and off site but I hate and dread having to deal with them. They are nice on the phone but nothing seems to get resolved. I've gotten to the point that I've asked my health insurance to call for me. Life Stance is amazing. I was seeking talk therapy to address years of trauma that had been suppressed and wanted real professionalism. I found that and more through Ms. N. Jemison and Ms. K. Boylston. Two phenomenal women who listened effectively and weren't judgemental as my previous counselor was. Waited in a telehealth video appointment for an hour. Psychiatrist Theodora Chukwudi never showed up! Never called me back and left me without meds moving forward. What kind of patient care is that?! No call back no message just leaves her patients without their meds. Great job.
I really enjoy my talk with my therapist. There one negative thing about this company they can not get there billing correct
