I referred my significant other here after he went to the ER due to mental health. He's needed help for a long time but was not ready and he finally decided he needed to take the step to seek professional help. Best experience i have had with a dr in my 44 years of life. I highly recommend this place. I have never felt more understood or seen. I felt my time was valued and i was so incredibly happy with my phycologist and my entire experience with this place every step of the way.
Selected a therapist Lakita Sneed and had one appointment in September. Due to scheduling issues with her and myself, a few appointments were rescheduled. We had an appointment set for December 12th and she did not show up to the appointment or communicate with me if she were to be absent or late. I call Tuesday, the 17th; come to find out she unassigned from her case log. There was no communication from the office or the therapist on why and when it was done.
