Life Stance is amazing. I was seeking talk therapy to address years of trauma that had been suppressed and wanted real professionalism. I found that and more through Ms. N. Jemison and Ms. K. I have been going there for years even before Lifestance was there. Love my therapist. I only have issues with their billing. Insurance info i give them is constantly incorrect even after I think its fixed. Not sure if they hire out and off site but I hate and dread having to deal with them. They are nice on the phone but nothing seems to get resolved. I've gotten to the point that I've asked my health insurance to call for me. Waited in a telehealth video appointment for an hour. Psychiatrist Theodora Chukwudi never showed up! Never called me back and left me without meds moving forward. What kind of patient care is that?! No call back no message just leaves her patients without their meds. Great job.
The therapist we had his name is Glenn and he was absolutely amazing. However life stance in general is horrible. There's never any office Personnel in the office and when they are in the office they have absolutely horrible attitudes that are not willing to help at all. I'm sorry that my son will not be receiving help from Glenn anymore, hopefully I can find a therapist like him somewhere else, but I will never use life stance again. They don't care about you they only care about money
My Dr. Karrin has a wonderful strength of knowledge. I like the new way of online conversations and she's always propped in returning calls.
