I LOVED my therapist here but the office & customer service is awful. I have been dealing with an issue with them since November 2024 and it's now September 2025! They kept promising to fix it & update me but I haven't seen my therapist since then. Her clientele is suffering at the hands of this company. I feel like the company itself does not prioritize mental health support because of this.
I had a very nice first experience, as I’ve never had therapy before. It was straightforward and easy to understand.
Amazing help when I needed it. We're working together to find the perfect medication regimen for me.
My Doctor referred me to them in March of 2024. They called me in July to book an appointment. I went to the appointment and then I had to do some very expensive testings for Diagnosis. I got the test book another appointment then I got to do a drug test because the prescription I need is very controlled. I did and finally got to see my Doctor. Dr. Vessel seems to be a very nice individual. However, I went looking for mental health services for PTSD ADHD and possibly ASD. Perhaps my expectations are too high for these. I wa... read more
