I LOVED my therapist here but the office & customer service is awful. I have been dealing with an issue with them since November 2024 and it's now September 2025! They kept promising to fix it & update me but I haven't seen my therapist since then. Her clientele is suffering at the hands of this company. I feel like the company itself does not prioritize mental health support because of this.

The booking process was truly seamless and enjoyable! I encountered no difficulties; everything was straightforward and user-friendly. Conversation was good but $300 for about an 1hr talk is little too excessive. One thing I would suggest is to never say you have a good job, I think they charge you based on what you do for a living. Sadly
My Doctor referred me to them in March of 2024. They called me in July to book an appointment. I went to the appointment and then I had to do some very expensive testings for Diagnosis. I got the test book another appointment then I got to do a drug test because the prescription I need is very controlled. I did and finally got to see my Doctor.
