First appointment was good. Laura seems very knowledgeable. She was very professional and didn't make me feel uncomfortable. I had been dreading making a psyc appointment for a long time so I'm glad I got a good provider.
I couldn't have felt better with my first appointment with Laura Madu. She was exceptional! Can't wait for my next appointment. It's refreshing to find a doctor you like that's kind. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 6 stars!!
Paid my co pay got to my appointment on time and waited 40 mins past my start time and the psychiatrist never showed up. Time wasted took off work and everything and never got help nor answers.... didn't get my money back got credit towards my next appointment hopefully this time I actually get help. I would say if u struggling bad don't use them u might have to reschedule instead of getting help. The lady name was Laura Madu. Don't book with her.
All they care about is their money for a fist time seeking help, this was not what I expected Nolan at front desk i guess in kingwood he is rude on the phone shows no care about anything and when you are seeking help for your mental health the last thing you need is someone making you feel like you are worthless and a waste of time to even speak with then when I asked to please speak to someone else and was told no twice. Id rather deal with a 75 dollar cancelation fee( or if you try and reschedule they need a 2 day advance... read more
