By no means do I want to diminish the good work that is being done by this practice . I believe it is amazing that this practice has so many positive reviews. However, the administrative side of the business leaves a lot to be desired. My office has faxed over ROI's and business contact information with no response. Dr. Shen was patient, caring and knowledgeable. He made me feel comfortable and he was very easy to talk to. His recommendations have helped tremendously and I feel better than I have in a long time. I can’t thank him enough!
Website is very user friendly and has an assortment of useful information. The staff and providers work with your schedule which for me goes above and beyond having appointments available after my own work. The provider I see is knowledgeable, friendly, and doesn't sugar coat or beat around the bush which is perfect for my personality type. This group came highly recommended to me by friends and colleagues and I will continue that spirit with my own experience!
The therapist and Nurse practitioner at this location have been wonderful. They have helped me and give me advice on how to deal with my situations. Wonderful place to go if you have any mental health issues. I would not go anywhere else.
Setting up appointments is easy, paying my copay from the app is amazing! My therapist is awesome!!! The room is always clean and welcoming, so glad I found LifeStance 💕
