DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! Lifestance is running a full on scam. I entered the patient portal 10 min prior to my appointment, was never admitted, and am now being charged a no-show fee after waiting on the phone for an hour to speak with the office about the issue. It looks like they prey on the vulnerable who are trying to find mental healthcare only to charge them fees after the therapists fail to admit patients to the appointments. No accountability.

Very difficult platform to use. I had multiple problems trying to log into my account, and the password reset option never worked. I was also informed I could not coordinate care with any of the other physicians on their platform without terminating care with the physician I started with, so you cannot easily consult with different clinicians to find a good fit. You have to commit to one at a time.

I began care with a provider after being told they would possibly assist with work-related mental health issues because I asked for help with mental health workers comp. I had FMLA at the time, but it was for an entirely separate medical matter and not related to the condition I was seeking treatment for here. I felt really comfortable here. And I am not comfortable in most places. They do care and make processes simple and efficient. David is great and really took his time to listen.
