However I just had my first of many appointments with LifeStance (Sheena Backer), and because of the high level of professionalm and genuine care, I feel compelled to write a review. Everyone should check their Yelp review, all 1 star reviews because they are true reviews. I am very disappointed with how this office handled my appointment cancellation. I called to cancel my appointment within the allowed cancellation window, so it should not have been considered a no-show. However, I was later charged a no-show fee. After receiving the bill, I contacted the office multiple times to explain the situation. Dr. Li was understanding, thorough, kind, current, genuine and professional. I trust him completely with my care. It was very easy to login to zoom and felt like he really listened to me.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! Lifestance is running a full on scam. I entered the patient portal 10 min prior to my appointment, was never admitted, and am now being charged a no-show fee after waiting on the phone for an hour to speak with the office about the issue. It looks like they prey on the vulnerable who are trying to find mental healthcare only to charge them fees after the therapists fail to admit patients to the appointments. No accountability.
Doctor David Oh is just amazing! He is super responsive to messages and actually listens to what I have to say during our appointment. Highly recommend him!
