I have not been a patient here in years. I keep getting appointment reminders for appointments I did not make. I keep calling to let them know it’s a mistake and they claim to have archived my profile. Yet, I continue to get weekly reminders about appointments, so someone keeps scheduling them. I am worried that someone is accessing my personal information or using my profile (HIPAA violation!!!), and if I don’t keep calling to cancel the appointments that I will be billed for appointments I did not schedule. Dr Sean Li is very patient and through. I felt he genuinely cares about my wellbeing. My experience here is fantastic!! Frontline staff were super caring and patient! I am so glad that I changed and found this place!!
Dr. Oh is so kind and patient. He listened and created a plan that was sensitive to everything that didn’t work in the past with other providers. Really honest and caring. I highly recommend him!
I have been seeing Dr. Wang for almost a year. She is understanding and patient, and she really gets to know you- picked up exactly where we left off the last time I saw her. I am so grateful that I found her.
Your platform doesn’t do well on Google Chrome. Which is my preferred browser. So I’m constantly having to remember to use Safari. And then Even today had problems with Safari and turning on the camera and volume. Additionally, I have a $135 credit on my account and was trying to go into my session without having to pay and it wasn’t allowing me to bypass the pay screen or let me change something in the pay screen so that I wouldn’t be charged again since I have $135 credit
