If you want a provider that is more interested in their bottom line than your mental wellbeing.. this is the place for you! Also, if you want to wait multiple days for incompetent and/or over scheduled providers to fulfill medication refills, answer questions, etc. Then Lifestance has you covered!

I felt really comfortable here. And I am not comfortable in most places. They do care and make processes simple and efficient. David is great and really took his time to listen.

Lifestance has a horrible overbearing telehealth practice that overwealms you with emails and make it impossible to reschedule your appointments without incurring massive fees. Their customer service representatives are also incredibly unhelpful and rude. I will be ending all business with this practice and I recommend you don't even start.

LifeStance has some great staff at OTHER locations, but I had one of the WORST experiences with a so-called health provider out of Irvine office. Dr. Li was judgemental, did not make me feel comfortable while I was giving him my history. He flat out REFUSED to prescribe non-stimulant Strattera, which I had been on before and only stopped because of job/insurance loss- Dr. Li stated it was because 'he wasn't qualified' since my paperwork was too old??!??!??
