Lily is a wonderful therapist and person. She listens and is so compassionate, caring, encouraging and professional. She has equipped me with resources, spiritually, emotionally and mentally, that has helped help me overcome trauma and grief that I thought I would never overcome..Her office is cozy and is a safe place. LifeStance was luckily able to get me in as a new patient sooner than other providers in the area that had a two month minimum wait. I love having the convenience of scheduling and attending appointments virtually with the provider that manages my meds and the therapist I am working with as well. They send reminders and make it easy to complete a visit from home. Providers are wonderful!!

Been a patient with Lifestance for a few years & my experience has been mostly positive. I’ve had many great therapist & provider’s, etc, But… have to shoutout Nurse Livingstone, who in a way helped to save my life, by listening to me when I said that the diagnosis were one thing but my main problem was my focus & energy & without addressing those i can’t work on the other stuff they diagnosed me with.
