I’m extremely disappointed in my experience with LifeStance Health. I waited over a month for my new patient appointment—something I was genuinely looking forward to, as finding a provider who feels like the right fit isn’t easy. Very caring staff. From front desk to refill RX personnel to doctors, all empathetic, dont rush through situations . I have been seeing psychiatrist for 44 years and at 72, I have never felt more understood and valued as a patient. I highly recommend this excellent company to all interested in high quality mental health treatment.

Not sure if the employees here need to be tested for lead or if their incompetence and ignorance is just who they are. I had a scheduled Telehealth appointment at 10am. Apparently there’s a new system they’re using which I was not informed of. I was prompted to download the app and enter my patient information, which having been a patient of record it should’ve already been on file. I did not have a good experience with therapist Natasha Cullingham. She seemed uninterested in helping me, which made me feel even worse during an already difficult time. Unfortunately, I did not feel she had the experience or skills needed to support my situation effectively.
