So far so good. Family member has been attending for about 2 months now. Facility is easy to locate. Located beside Pineville hospital and other numerous Dr.'s offices so parking can be hectic and jammed pack. Once you go inside through super easy to navigate and locate office. Jamie was a good Therapist, but seemed like not a good fit for me. Firstly, she never went over the journaling she assigned to me for 2 sessions. Secondly, she was too passive, spending 90% of the time just listening. What I needed was a more collaborative approach. She may be a good fit for someone else, but not for me.

Convoluted practice. Disorganized and lacks communication, especially when even techs can’t fix the portal system, so you can communicate (send & receive messages). Ran out of medications for over 90 days bc scripts written incorrectly. I’ve been so depressed and wait time on the phone is so long (sometimes over a hour and only then do I hang up! Really!?!?!). For working with people who are STRUGGLING this company is unforgiving and not compassionate. They do not care what is happening in your life, all they care about is money. Please save yourself from falling for this bullshit. My sons dad wanted help with his adhd and is now being told for a 15 min. Telehealth appointment he needs to pay 1,536.00 because he will be going on a 'treatment plan' (doc. Dr Claris Livingston is a phenomenal psych dr. She listens to make sure she thoroughly understands your struggle before just writing prescriptions to get you out of her way. She’s great.
