My therapist was really through. He took the time to get to know my medical history. This therapist has expressed a willingness to use Buddhist mindfulness in therapy. I am appreciative.
I really wanted to like this place. Turns out, there is a lot of negative coming out of here. Plus the psychiatrist I was paired with for my medication management gave me horrible direction and told me to stop taking meds ( SSRI) without weening causing awful withdrawal symptoms. 😔
