Tracey Lee has really helped me work through my panic attacks. I highly recommend her. LifeStance is very user friendly. I can contact my counselor easily to reschedule or cancel appointments. It is easy to find a counselor and time/date that works for you. This is my fourth mental practice in last two years and this one is by far the best.
Everyone at the practice is super nice. Especially the girl at the front desk, I wish I remembered her name. Very sweet. Dr. Anderson has given me my life back. I have gone through 15 years of misdiagnosis and mental health hell. He got it right in 10 minutes and I am feeling better than I ever have on my new meds. Dr. Shankar is amazing. She has great insights re: treatment & is very responsive. Highly recommend!
My credit card was billed without authorization. Surprise billing is supposed to be illegal. They don't have regular monthly itemized bills like other medical providers. The phone waits are extraordinarily long. Lots of technical difficulties with the Telehealth appointments. It takes a long time to resolve issues. It's difficult to get in touch directly with therapists. Not recommended.
Prompt and professional. The admin are polite and willing to help. They have many consultants to chose from and are willing to work with you to find the right relationship for your needs.
