My provider Dr. Phan gets me. Last year had a small problem with the billing but they contacted me and fixed the issue. No more problems. Easy check in online. Can’t say enough about how great Dr. Phan is. I have really improved thanks to him. Hands down best psychiatrist I’ve ever had and hope to be able to always have him.
I’ve never had such a great experience in therapy. Marina Podlubnaya is amazing!! Really knows how to listen and is there for your mental health well being. She’s always on time for our sessions, follows up, and orders your medications on time. She just never fails you…
I’ve been with life stands now for a few years. They have good customer service if questions should come up. I’ve had a couple therapist and they’ve all been great. I will continue to use them for my mental needs. The only downfall that I initially had was getting the Billing sent properly over to my insurance. Once that was fixed, I’ve had no other issues.
I'm very thankful for Athena for helping me through my depression and anxiety. She is a very knowledgeable and empathetic therapist. She is also one of the few mental health providers perfectly fluent in Vietnamese. I highly recommend her.
The booking process was seamless. I’ve seen my therapist twice now, and I really like her. She is empathetic, caring, and has great insight. And the office is very professional and well-run.
