When I was in dire need I reached out to LifeStance, and I don't know what I would have done otherwise as they signed me up without hesitation when I needed it most. I’ve never had such a great experience in therapy. Marina Podlubnaya is amazing!! Really knows how to listen and is there for your mental health well being. She’s always on time for our sessions, follows up, and orders your medications on time. She just never fails you…

I’ve been with life stands now for a few years. They have good customer service if questions should come up. I’ve had a couple therapist and they’ve all been great. I will continue to use them for my mental needs. The only downfall that I initially had was getting the Billing sent properly over to my insurance. Once that was fixed, I’ve had no other issues.

My provider Dr. Phan gets me. Last year had a small problem with the billing but they contacted me and fixed the issue. No more problems. Easy check in online. Can’t say enough about how great Dr. Phan is. I have really improved thanks to him. Hands down best psychiatrist I’ve ever had and hope to be able to always have him.

Lifestance has great therapists, but the reason for the three stars is because administratively they are a mess. Difficult to reach office managers and don’t get me started on the billing. No transparency with what they are billing for and they will double-charge. I’ve tried calling, but sit on hold FOREVER! The ONLY reason I’m give ANY stars is because the practitioners are PHENOMENAL! Too bad they are overshadowed by the lack of administrative infrastructure.
