Like my therapist but not the 48 business hours policy. Most businesses have a 24 hours policy! This is ridiculous! What it comes down to is money. It's a sad culture. Time to take my business elsewhere and no we don't recommend Lifestance.

Didn’t have a great experience with Lifestance, billing was weird too. I cancelled my appointment and expected a fee and was quoted $75 but got sent a bill for $90 the employee who quoted me $75 was just totally wrong I was told and nothing can be done so please train employees on pricing and procedures maybe going forward.

Be careful of this companies billing procedures. I was told a different rate then they billed. They didn't send anything through to my insurance for months. The front desk person said my insurance was paying when they were not, and I ended up with a big bill. Also billing is really hard to get ahold of. I waited over 20 minutes twice. I recommend leaving a message and waiting for them to call back, which took hours and didn't help at all anyways. At least the counselor was good.

I was able to get into a therapist very quickly and scheduled future appointments easily. I recommend them. I love my therapist too.

Lifestance may be a huge corporate, nationwide company, but the office I go to and the therapist I see feel anything but corporate. My therapist is extremely knowledgeable, experienced, supportive and helpful. I feel connected to her, in a healthy therapeutic way, and she is always available via phone if needed. Therapists are harder to find these days and Lifestance has quite a “stable” to choose from. I highly recommend them and they accept just about every insurance plan. Thank you, Sarah!
