LifeStance so far has been great to me. The staff is always kind, courteous, and patient. I’ve seen one of their psychologist and a therapist.
Dr Menendez has been so beyond what i had expected when I first started treatment. She’s very attentive, easy to talk to, she actually cares to hear what you’re saying and asks all of the right questions so she’s able to help as much as she possibly can (which is rare in my experience). I wish I could rate more than 5 stars because she definitely has made my experience a 10/10.
Life stance has been fine in terms of customer service and scheduling, no complaints. I'm giving 5 stars because of my experience with Lisa Rich. She is amazing and so knowledgeable. She has been able to give me clear answers to things that others haven't been able to or have given me poor information. Calling getting appointment was quick easy and when you pick your therapist you're sent email directing you to the websites forms and are able to fill out online before your appointment. Which I really prefer doing. I always forget to bring in the forms and hate having to sit in the office to fill them out.
