Dr Menendez has been so beyond what i had expected when I first started treatment. She’s very attentive, easy to talk to, she actually cares to hear what you’re saying and asks all of the right questions so she’s able to help as much as she possibly can (which is rare in my experience). I wish I could rate more than 5 stars because she definitely has made my experience a 10/10.
Love my psychiatrist, but this is possibly the most disorganized office I have ever worked with. I got lucky and my psychiatrist got a new job somewhere else and I followed her over there, but if she hadn’t I don’t think I would have made it much longer. 45+ minute hold times to do basic things. Their online payment system only works about 30% of the time. Never saw a single living soul in their office even pre/post COVID even though they had in-person appointments scheduled. Calling getting appointment was quick easy and when you pick your therapist you're sent email directing you to the websites forms and are able to fill out online before your appointment. Which I really prefer doing. I always forget to bring in the forms and hate having to sit in the office to fill them out.
Life stance has been fine in terms of customer service and scheduling, no complaints. I'm giving 5 stars because of my experience with Lisa Rich. She is amazing and so knowledgeable. She has been able to give me clear answers to things that others haven't been able to or have given me poor information. She values my input as a patient and works with me to develop my treatment plan. Seeing her has not only been valuable for finding the best medication regimen for me, but is also therapeutic. Take your buisness elsewhere. Made a appointment. They never sent me the link to join the Tele health app. Billed me for missing the appointment that I never recieved a link for. Spent hours on the phone with billing trying to resolve the issue. They denied my claim and think it's totally fair for me to pay for there mistake. Currently trying to cancel my next app. And being swapped person to person and continue to be put on hold. Horrible way to practice buisness. Steer clear
