LifeStance so far has been great to me. The staff is always kind, courteous, and patient. I’ve seen one of their psychologist and a therapist.
Dr Menendez has been so beyond what i had expected when I first started treatment. She’s very attentive, easy to talk to, she actually cares to hear what you’re saying and asks all of the right questions so she’s able to help as much as she possibly can (which is rare in my experience). I wish I could rate more than 5 stars because she definitely has made my experience a 10/10.
Love my psychiatrist, but this is possibly the most disorganized office I have ever worked with. I got lucky and my psychiatrist got a new job somewhere else and I followed her over there, but if she hadn’t I don’t think I would have made it much longer. 45+ minute hold times to do basic things. Their online payment system only works about 30% of the time. Never saw a single living soul in their office even pre/post COVID even though they had in-person appointments scheduled. Life stance has been fine in terms of customer service and scheduling, no complaints. I'm giving 5 stars because of my experience with Lisa Rich. She is amazing and so knowledgeable. She has been able to give me clear answers to things that others haven't been able to or have given me poor information. She values my input as a patient and works with me to develop my treatment plan. Seeing her has not only been valuable for finding the best medication regimen for me, but is also therapeutic.
