Excellent dialogue with very intelligent, well versed, highly experienced and open minded therapist. Truly understands my situation and has guided me through very stressful and difficult times in my life. Great opportunity working with him for my growth and learning as I navigate parenting teens, as a single mom, in today’s anxious world.

After having awful experiences with other providers in the area, I am especially grateful for LifeStance! I have been able to make appointments for my family so easily and each provider we have worked with has been incredible! So professional and supportive! They handle all the insurance, I can use the portal easily and the customer support team has been excellent! I couldn’t recommend them enough!
My son sees Andrew Kaplan and has been great! 5 stars for him! However, making an appointment for myself this week has been very difficult. Phone lines have been down, long hold times only to be hung up on twice. I was told to fill out the new patient forms with the link sent to my email. It was there, but led me to my SON’S account. 3 calls later a supervisor at lifestance had to work on my chart profile, as there was something wrong internally.
