If you choose to use Lifestance health for med management, you are really going to have to advocate for yourself. I transferred providers so many times because I was at the urgent care, ER, or PCP office complaining about the symptoms of the medications. I couldn’t find a provider that I could trust. Eventually I was told by admin that I have one more shot at changing my provider or I have to find a new practice. Excellent dialogue with very intelligent, well versed, highly experienced and open minded therapist. Truly understands my situation and has guided me through very stressful and difficult times in my life. Great opportunity working with him for my growth and learning as I navigate parenting teens, as a single mom, in today’s anxious world.
Very easy to schedule an appointment as staff was courteous and friendly. The telehealth session was easy to access and there were no connectivity issues.
I get the care I need from the most highly qualified staff who take interest in me and my needs. I highly recommend the team.
After having awful experiences with other providers in the area, I am especially grateful for LifeStance! I have been able to make appointments for my family so easily and each provider we have worked with has been incredible! So professional and supportive! They handle all the insurance, I can use the portal easily and the customer support team has been excellent! I couldn’t recommend them enough!
