I didn't like my first visit to be walking, into a uncomfortable a blank room without a receptionist or any direction. Out of context, if you're going to require people to pay a fine for missing an appointment get your signage right. I would fight you, personal reasons, I paid you but
The receptionist was nice; however, "the experience was horrible." The therapist didn't provide any help. What happened to "real" therapists, who recognize and issue and actually help patients.
Terri Koschnick is amazing and easy to work with. She makes a really difficult situation bearable. She has helped me through a lot.
