The various websites. links, and missing elements to the main lifestance website are confusing, frustrating, and not user-friendly. I have accounts with different healthcare organizations in WI and IL. All of them have the same fluid patient portal that includes checking-in, starting a virtual visit, and messaging a provider directly. Having to find 3 different locations to perform those 3 tasks is out-dated, confusing, and a waste of time.
