I’m incredibly grateful for my experience at LifeStance Therapists & Psychiatrists in Oconomowoc, especially with my provider, Logan Pockl. Her professionalism, compassion, and ability to make me feel comfortable during a very vulnerable time have meant so much to me. Her dedication to her patients is truly apparent, and I really appreciate how safe and supported I feel speaking freely with her. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a thoughtful, caring provider.

Horrible . DO NOT go here ..first I wasted all the time booking an appointment..GAVE my insurance information..only to be called the DAY of for my one daughter that they dont take my insurance. I than told them cancel our other appointment...THEY DIDN'T..so I called when text confirmation came ..and they STILL didnt cancel as I got a charge and now im disputing. Its a big online system and massive headache ..and rude customer service. Wouldn't suggest to anyone

I didn't like my first visit to be walking, into a uncomfortable a blank room without a receptionist or any direction. Heck, put up a sig..crayons? if I didn't know how heath for profit, smile nod your head and watching you a therapist in a mechanical massage chair felt that way how do people with serous problems, seeking help do s Put up a sign. Out of context, if you're going to require people to pay a fine for missing an appointment get your signage right. I would fight you, personal reasons, I paid you but
