Terri Koschnick is amazing and easy to work with. She makes a really difficult situation bearable. She has helped me through a lot.
My initial visit was warm and welcoming. I felt very comfortable about opening up to Lynsey as she met me. The environment was relaxing and never once did it feel like an appointment. It felt more like two old friends talking.
Therapists and staff have been easy to work with. I appreciate the ability to meet in person and virtually. Communication with providers, staff, and myself has made using their office very easy.
The therapist we work with does an excellent job helping our son. The only issue I have is with the billing department. They take a really long time to process payments.
It’s a money grab. We cancelled an admission because we were assured we’d be seeing a prescribing doctor - showed up for our appt and only saw a counselor. So we have to pay for a pointless visit and a massive headache of getting new referrals. We called and were told “ooops”
