This is a disappointment of an office. I had a bill that was improperly coded from last April, and I have tried so many different ways to deal with this bill- from billing department to office manager Esther in the Miami Lakes- and I have reached so many dead ends. The provider is no longer with the practice but even while she was there I could not get resolution. I continue to receive bills in the mail but I have received no assistance in this matter. I have been coming here for the better part of a year. I have always seen the same young lady in the front office Celine. She is AMAZING. On the other hand, ELLA the front desk manager is an absolute disgust. She has a very nasty attitude and for someone who is working in the field of mental health with patients who struggle everyday with problems, she is NOT a pleasant aura when walking in here. This counselor is listed on Zocdoc as accepting Oscar. This is the reason I booked an appointment with her, but I received a call from a rude individual who said nothing more than “at this time the appointment is cancelled”. Based on this interaction, I would not recommend. Please consider another provider.

This office is beautiful and my experience was fantastic. The receptionist was so kind and helpful and this was first time at this location. Dr Yolande Joseph was also phenomenal. She was so kind and was very thorough during my appointment which I appreciated. I have seen other providers with LifeStance for the past few years but this was by far the best!
