My experience with Dr. Tiffany Hodgson was extremely disappointing. She personally called me to reschedule my appointment when I was already parked outside the clinic, after I had taken time out of my day to be there. Unfortunately, this was not an isolated incident—my appointment was canceled and rescheduled multiple times afterward. I found this to be very unprofessional and irresponsible. This is a disappointment of an office. I had a bill that was improperly coded from last April, and I have tried so many different ways to deal with this bill- from billing department to office manager Esther in the Miami Lakes- and I have reached so many dead ends. The provider is no longer with the practice but even while she was there I could not get resolution. I continue to receive bills in the mail but I have received no assistance in this matter. Logging on was easy. I missed last appt due to power outage and LS was understanding and resched with me. My therapist has been very attentive and helpful.
