Bill at Lifestance Health has shown me that changing your lifestyle doesn’t have to be a hardship, but actually it can be quite fun! I had been ready to stop drinking for a very long time but just couldn’t find the motivation or encouragement I was looking for until I found Bill. His group meetings feel so comfortable and inviting! He makes sure everyone feels heard while also sharing a couple funny stories along the way. Thank you Bill for helping me break the cycle and becoming the improved and healthier me!

My therapist is through here as well as my psychiatrist and both have been helpful for the short amount of time I’ve been seeing them. I will continue to see them and grow/get better. Quality people. Thank you LifeStance!

I have been going to my therapist at Lifestance for many years. And last year I joined a group therapy session with her as well. My therapist is so kind, caring, knowledgeable and a great listener. Without her I really do not know where I would be right now in my mental health journey.

My very first appointment with Bill at LifeStance went very well! He showed a lot of concern for me and for the challenges that I’m going through in my life right now, and everything I’ve gone through with my mental health so far in my life. He asked me a lot of questions to try to get a good understanding about me so he knows how to best help me going forward, and I really appreciated that! I look forward to our future sessions and getting on the road to feeling better.
