My provider is incredible. They found the perfect medications to help me. My life has improved tenfold since working with my provider. Highly recommend. Scheduling appointments, requesting refills, and messaging are very easy.
Canceled on Friday at 11 27 am. First appt was the following Monday at 11:00. It was the first time ever visiting this provider. A doctor recommended another provider and that place had opened a spot on that same day. Instead of going through with the intake for one appointment we canceled on the professionals recommendation. We were charged 100.00 fee for being 27 minutes past acceptable time to cancel. We were told the days over the weekend didn't count. Michael Wyzkiel is the best psychiatrist I’ve seen to date. He takes the time to listen to me, asks clarifying questions, allows me to be very much apart of my care plan and has my best interests in mind. If he is unavailable, and I do need to see him sooner than later, I’m always able to get in. He’s incredibly responsive in the patient portal and via email. I would trust him with any member of my family.
I’ve been seeing Michael Wyskiel for a couple of years now virtually. He demonstrates that he cares about me and trusts my experience. His support, and that of Dr. Kurtz before him, has been integral to my well-being in a difficult time personally and in society. I’m grateful to have had supportive providers through LifeStance for several years now.
I have been using LifeStance therapy for over a year, funded by the VA. I have a great therapist. The complicated check in process is tedious and redundant. Beyond that, the service is great.
