If you were looking for a place to get your Counseling Run!!! They are not understanding at all when it comes to your car breaking down they say that you need to give them a 72 hour notice. How am I expected to give a 72 hour notice when my car just wouldn’t start the starter stopped working. Then they smack you with $100 fee. And claim that their manager is gonna call you. This review is more for LifeStance corporate than this specific location as I’m sure it’s an issue across all locations. Over $300 out of pocket to continue seeing the same therapist I’ve seen for the last 6 years? It doesn’t seem that they care about consistency in patient care as much as they do the money. My therapist has been outstanding through the years. I have followed them through a few practices in that time. I’m devastated to be losing my therapist due to absolute overcharged corporate greed. A couple of months has passed since I stopped coming to this location and I wanted to give my honest review. I do not remember the name of the lady, but I was coming here and I did not know that she had not been completely licensed. She was still gaining her hours. It was not made aware to me until I had gone to her a few times. And in that one specific meeting, she had looked at me and said that she didn’t think that it was beneficial for me to continue coming to therapy which I don’t understand why. I love lifestance health. I use them for both medication and management and therapy. Let me tell you Mrs Valentina is the most compassionate provider for medication management I have ever had. If you’re in GA area, I strongly advise going to see her. Any issue I had she was quick to message and call me. I’m in kidney failure and homy bf through a tough time and she’s always so sweet about my situation. She’s awesome!
