A couple of months has passed since I stopped coming to this location and I wanted to give my honest review. I do not remember the name of the lady, but I was coming here and I did not know that she had not been completely licensed. She was still gaining her hours. It was not made aware to me until I had gone to her a few times. And in that one specific meeting, she had looked at me and said that she didn’t think that it was beneficial for me to continue coming to therapy which I don’t understand why. I love lifestance health. I use them for both medication and management and therapy. Let me tell you Mrs Valentina is the most compassionate provider for medication management I have ever had. If you’re in GA area, I strongly advise going to see her. Any issue I had she was quick to message and call me. I’m in kidney failure and homy bf through a tough time and she’s always so sweet about my situation. She’s awesome!

Feel like just another number on a sheet. The rescheduling experience is horrible. Calling to cancel an appointment the quickest time I have actually spoken to someone has been no less than 15 mins. When I called back and followed the path as a new customer I got right through in less than 2 mins. The Log in for Telehealth is repetitive, cumbersome and totally unnecessary.
